Free shipping is available in the following regions:
- UK - total cart value >100 GBP
- USA & Canada - total cart value >100 USD
- EU/EUAA - total cart value >100 EUR
- Japan - total cart value >15000 JPY
- Australia & NZ - total cart value >165 AUD
- Rest of World - total cart value >200 USD
Shipping Rates + Delivery
Your order will be printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Once dispatched, as a general rule, postage times within the USA are 3-4 days, Canada 6-10 business days, UK and Europe 3-5 business days, Australia 5-10 business days and ROW 12- 20 business days.
We utilise our worldwide supplier network to print your order at the location closest to your delivery address to minimise the costs and time involved in transport. As this may not always be the same country as the delivery address, items may sometimes be subject to customs/import fees. Please see International Shipments below.
Express shipping services are available for some regions - shipping options are displayed when you check out.
International Shipments
Some items may be shipped from outside your shipping destination country, and as such, may be subject to customs/import fees or tariffs.
The customs and tariff policy is different for each country, and the fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size. We are sorry, but we are unable to take responsibility for customs fees or tariffs.
If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties, tariffs and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Wandering Spirits Global will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
Returns and Refunds
As a small, independent business, we aim to provide you with the best possible service while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for change of mind, but please note that as our items are custom-printed to order, returned items cannot be resold and must be recycled, even if unused. This means each return represents a direct loss to our small business.
Before making a purchase, we kindly ask that you:

- Consider your choice thoroughly, as each return impacts our small business
- Contact us with any questions before purchasing if you're unsure

We do not reimburse the outgoing or return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defect in quality.
