Your order will be printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Once dispatched, as a general rule, postage times within the USA are 3-4 days, Canada 6-10 days, UK and Europe 3-5 days and Australia/ROW 12-14 days.
These items are generally not affected by COVID shipping delays as we are able to print them using our a world-wide supplier network.
Express shipping services are available for some regions - shipping options are displayed when you check out.
Fine Art Prints
Our fine art prints are hand printed and quality checked by the experts at theprintspace, the UK’s leading photo & fine art print provider. Worldwide shipping is available. Artworks are dispatched within 1 business day.
Fine Art Print Shipping Update Jan 2023: usually all orders are shipped using Royal Mail signed for services within the UK and the Republic of Ireland (printed in London), and orders to the USA would be delivered via USPS. However, due to recent issues with Royal Mail, they are no longer shipping internationally (and services are extremely delayed in the UK/EU).
Our Fine Art Prints are presently only able to be sent via DHL courier services. This makes the shipping costs considerably higher than usual to the USA, and horrendous to Canada/Australia/ROW.
Estimated delivery time frames via DHL are 1-2 business days for UK/EU, 2-5 Business Days for USA/Canada and 5-7 Business Days for Australia. Depending on where you are in the rest of the world, shipping may take up to 10 Business Days.
We will enable Royal Mail postal options again once they have returned to a reliable service.
International Shipments
International shipments may incur customs charges. For each country the customs policy is different. The fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size. We're sorry, but we are unable to take responsibility for customs fees. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned and Wandering Spirits Global will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
