Your order will be printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Once dispatched, as a general rule, postage times within the USA are 3-4 days, Canada 6-10 business days, UK and Europe 3-5 business days, Australia 5-10 business days and ROW 12- 20 business days.
We utilise our worldwide supplier network to print your order at the location closest to your delivery address to minimise the costs and time involved in transport. As this may not always be the same country as the delivery address, items may sometimes be subject to customs/import fees. Please see International Shipments below.
Express shipping services are available for some regions - shipping options are displayed when you check out.
International Shipments
International shipments may incur customs charges. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size. We are sorry, but we are unable to take responsibility for customs fees. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Wandering Spirits Global will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
Returns and Refunds
As a small, independent business, we aim to provide you with the best possible service while maintaining fair and sustainable business practices.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for change of mind, but please note that as our items are custom-printed to order, returned items cannot be resold and must be recycled, even if unused. This means each return represents a direct loss to our small business.
