We take great care to ensure high-quality reproduction in our artworks, and we are equally mindful of the impact they will have on the environment. In partnership with theprintspace, our fine art prints are Carbon Neutral. As we produce your order, the carbon emissions that cannot be avoided are offset using The Gold Standard offsets program, recommended by Greenpeace. This includes delivery of your print.
Unfortunately, the delays in the delivery of parcels at Christmas are getting worse, not better, worldwide.
If you need your order before Christmas, please order before the following dates:
Your order will be printed and dispatched within 3-5 business days.
Once dispatched, as a general rule, postage times within the USA are 3-4 days, Canada 6-10 business days, UK and Europe 3-5 business days, Australia 5-10 business days and ROW 12- 20 business days.
We utilise our worldwide supplier network to print your order at the location closest to your delivery address to minimise the costs and time involved in transport. As this may not always be the same country as the delivery address, items may sometimes be subject to customs/import fees. Please see International Shipments below.
Express shipping services are available for some regions - shipping options are displayed when you check out.
International shipments may incur customs charges. For each country, the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually calculated based on factors like weight, value, and size. We are sorry, but we are unable to take responsibility for customs fees. If the recipient fails to pay applicable duties and taxes, the package will be abandoned, and Wandering Spirits Global will not refund the abandoned order, including shipping charges and fees.
